5. Find a way

Inspired by others at 50/90, I wanted to write an a capella vocal harmonyish song. And boy oh boy, found out that it’s not my forte 😉 Fun to try though. All those times in music theory when I was like “pffft when will I EVER need to write a four-part harmony”…should’ve paid attention.

Find a way

When your back is bent and you’re weary
When your troubles weigh on your heart
When the clouds loom low and dreary
And you can’t see nothin’ but the dark

You will find a way across the night
You will find a way to win the fight
You will find a way towards the light
You will find a way

When you don’t know where you’re headed
And you’re stumbling from ditch to ditch
With every step you sink and you dread it
Can’t find strength to cross the bridge

You will find a way across the night
You will find a way to win the fight
You will find a way towards the light
You will find a way

Can’t promise it’ll be easy
Can’t say the road will be flat
All I can promise is I’ll be right here
Right by your side, you can count on that

We will find a way across the night
We will find a way to win the fight
We will find a way towards the light
We will find a way

We will, we will find a way x3
We will find a way

We will find a way across the night
We will find a way to win the fight
We will find a way towards the light
We will find a way
